Is a nonprofit organization with five employees based in Magdeburg / Sachsen Anhalt (Saxony-Anhalt). Withn the framework of European mobility projects each year around 150 apprentices, students from third level institutions of education and professionals from companies are sent to other European countries to carry out internships with the objective of gaining workplace experience in their respective sectors and thereby improving their career opportunities. Our company has many years of experience in organizing educational projects and vocational training in Europe.

In close collaboration with a network of associates in Germany and abroad, EBV offers a comprehensive service package to individuals wishing to gain European work experience. EBV supports persons of all ages in the adaptation of their existing skills to the requirements of the European labour market. In this context it also supports the development of well-qualified professionals for the domestic labour market.

Since 2010, EBV has been facilitating European citizens in gaining work experience or finding a job in Germany. When arranging placements EBV can call on its extensive contact base within companies and businesses across a broad range of sectors . EBV is a key collaborator in a number of networks and network initiatives. (see chronicle).
